What are my payment options?
We offer Bank Transfer, GCash, and Cash on Delivery. Just select your preferred payment method upon checkout.
How do I pay via Bank Deposit?
During Checkout, select the Bank Deposit/Online Transfer (Metrobank/BPI). After you place an order with this payment method, an invoice will be send to you within the day together with the payment instructions. This contains all the details you need to complete your purchase.
You may pay opt to pay via Online Transfer or Over The Counter at any branch of your chosen bank. After paying, kindly send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us directly to our FB page at www.facebook.com/heartandsaltph with a clear scanned copy of your deposit slip or a screenshot of transfer confirmation within a day. A clear photo works, too! Make sure the following details are visible and clear: Reference Number, amount transferred, date and time of the transfer.
Remember the deadline, You need to send us a clear copy of your proof of payment within (2 days) of the following day after the invoice email has been sent. Please note that your invoice will not be confirmed if you don't send us a copy of your proof of payment. One of our team will confirm once your payment received.
These will be manually verified with our bank, so please allow us 1 banking days to acknowledge payments. Don't worry, your Himalayan loot will still be reserved for you!
How do I pay via Cash-on-Delivery?
Can't go to the bank? We also have Cash-on-Delivery (COD). This option is available strictly within Metro Manila Only!
During Checkout, select the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option. You will then receive your Cash-on-Delivery invoice through email, which will have payment instructions and reminders. Please remember to prepare the EXACT amount as payment for your order. Our logistics team will not be able to provide change. They will also get in touch with you confirming your delivery details. Please reply, so we know it's a done deal.
Just a reminder: Our stocks are limited, and in-demand. Should you fail to pay for your order, it will automatically be cancelled and your items will be returned to our warehouse so they can be made available to other customers. Repeat offenders of this policy will render their COD option disabled permanently.
How do I pay via PayPal?
At the Checkout page, select the PayPal option. You will be redirected to a PayPal page where you need to log in to your PayPal account. Upon logging in, review the transaction and amount then press confirm. Please wait to be redirected back to our account to ensure that the payment has been confirmed and your order has pushed through. It will reflect in your credit card bill as payment to Himalayan Heart and Salt PH.
Are your Himalayan Products Authentic?
Definitely. Himalayan Heart and Salt PH partners only with premium quality exporter direct in Lahore Factory Pakistan. We are also registered importer in the Philippines. Our products has a complete certification and proof "Certificate of Origin" that are guaranteed 100% Pure and Genuine Himalayan.
Can I edit my order?
Once your order has been placed, you won't be able to edit the items in it. This is to prevent delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We hope you can double-check your items before proceeding to Checkout, so that you're assured a worry-free shopping experience.
What happened if I had an item in my cart, but it's no longer available?
Our products are in high demand, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. This means you'll want to check out the items in your cart as soon as possible if an item in your cart is no longer available, it's likely that another customer was able to successfully seal the deal before you did. But try to check back tomorrow; any stock from cancelled orders goes back onsite immediately.
How to tack my orders? I can't wait them to arrive!

Where do you deliver and how much is the shipping fee?
We deliver Nationwide. Shipping fee will be calculated based on your area and weight of your order.

Outside Metro Manila: 3-10 Business Days
We're committed to deliver your order as soon as possible, but due to COVID-19 measures, it may take our courier partners up to 2 weeks to deliver outside Metro Manila. Thank you for your kind understanding.
What time will my order arrive?
We are unable to provide the exact delivery time. This is due to many factors that could affect the time of delivery, such as traffic flow, weather conditions, and the volume of deliveries scheduled of our logistics partner on that day.
Why my order are delay?
Please bear with us during this inconvenience. Sometimes, we experience slight delay due to a high number of orders. We usually send notice in case you might need to wait a bit longer for your package. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to follow up the status of your order.
I missed the delivery of my order. What will happened?
Don't worry! We can still redeliver your package. Please make sure to check your inbox as our logistic partner will send you a text message or email containing the details of the failed delivery attempt. Please coordinate ad reply to there message for any delivery changes that you would like to request so they can sort this out for you.
To better ensure the quality of the products you've ordered, kindly keep in mind that we can only redeliver your package for a maximum of 2 attempts.
Should your order remain to be undelivered after the third attempt, we're so sorry, but your order will be cancelled. All paid orders will be refunded accordingly. Kindly reach out to us, so our team can assist you immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
As of the moment, we only ship to addresses within Philippines and Singapore.
If you have family or friends who live in Philippines, you can definitely ask them to place an order for you so they can personally ship it to your International address.

We have 45-days Return or Exchange Policy, which means you have 45 days warranty after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, it should be unused, sealed and on it's original packaging.
